How I work

How I work

I work integratively which means I am trained in a range of theories and approaches which I can draw on to provide support which is meaningful and helpful to you as an individual. However, more important than the theories, is the development of the bond between the two of us within the safe space of the therapy room. I will work with you to help you make sense of your issues and to find your own answers.

I maintain my professional development and have additional training in areas such as Borderline Personality Disorder; Trauma/PTSD; Dissociative Disorder; Creative Therapy for Adults and Children; Family Constellation work; Online therapy; Loss and Bereavement.
